Absolute diabolical quality and customer service, when they came the plumber lacked experience so called a guy, they then proceeded to just damage our floor, broke a cup and made what was a simple toilet seat repair into a whole replacement of the toilet. The shower took months to repair on top of this and of course still charged full price for their incompetence. Never again

My friend called them to do a basin waste, she was charged £120 for a 20 minute job, the waste was probably about £15 at most....... disgusting. Do not use this company., complete rip off merchants.

Excellent service from Barlows - plumber arrived within 50 minutes of my call- fixed the problem and explained clearly what had happened. I will certainly be using Barlows again.

Happy to leave us high and dry when cancelling on the morning of our appointment. Appalling customer service attitude and no sympathy for our situation. Won't consider using again.

Came out at 8am on saturday morning after my call just before 5 on Friday evening. Friendly and helpful. Laughed with me when he found that the only problem was that my husband who has dementia had switched off the aerial boost by mistake.

I have not actually received any work from barlows to review but I can happily review and state that the customer service lines are rubbish. After repeated conversations and photographic evidence within different departments regarding an employee and vehicle that continues to obstruct my vehicle on several occasions promised a solution on many occasions and never resolved.Unfortunately Resulted in contact with police to removeobstruction of vehicle.Management absolute Joke, contacted them on several occasions for the past few years regarding an employee of theirs who continues to block my car in, making general parking difficult, make it difficult for bin services, emergency services & health services to pass on the street although they have their own driveway.
Several complaints made by several residents resulted in promises made to insure the their work vehicles are kept on their driveway but they are never kept.
Just no authority there it has unfortunately taken phone calls to the police to resolve. 
Still having problems to date.Employee continues rude and uncooperative.Thank you barlows for nothing.

We are a year on from a complete bathroom refurbishment. We are still putting things right and calling on reliable trades to sort out.

Brilliant,efficient service ! Have now used their plumber and electrician service to plumb in a new washing machine and wire in a new cooker . Could not ask for a better job in both cases, polite, helpful service took all the packaging away and cleaned any debris away.Thank you.

Just to say how impressed I was with barlows. Having suffered from leak from ceiling, they were quick to locate damage and fix problem. Also incorporated an inspection hatchIn case of future issues. Barlows were very professional and efficient and would definitely recommend. Also excellent value.Mr price
