Sean replaced all of the windows in our 3-bed semi-detached house, plus three external doors, several months ago. Until we found Kent Home Improvements, we could not find any window and door companies who would share a basic level of specification, of the product and locking mechanisms. Thankfully, Sean Ayres provided full details of the products and all the security features. Once we placed the order and paid the deposit, Sean confirmed the timing of the installation and kept to his commitment to work on our house exclusively, until the job was complete. The professional finishing and tidiness was outstanding. Sean`s extensive building knowledge is also invaluable and there are no short-cuts taken, he really does a thorough job, to ensure that the installation fully represents a home improvement. Sean also helped us finalise some complex decorative designs, which really look stunning. We are very pleased with all of the windows and doors, which were supplied and fitted to the agreed cost and we would not hesitate to recommend KHI to others anytime.

I would highly recommend Kent Home Improvements. Sean replaced 6 windows in our Victorian terrace at a very competitive price. He was a pleasure to have around, very responsive, left the place spotless and the walls needed virtually no re-decoration around the new windows. He was also sympathetic to the original features of the building and installed new wooden surrounds for us rather than the usual PVC. He also replaced the handles, hinges and gasket on some windows at the front of the house that I wasn't getting replaced to keep costs down. I would definitely use Sean at Kent Home Improvements again.

Sean replaced two large bay windows and all first floor windows, guttering and downpipes, plus timber repairs and external decorations to our house. His workmanship is always meticulous, cutting no corners and leaving a clean and attractive finish.He did our last house and he was our only choice to do this one.
