Do not use these! They have just ripped my 88 year old mother off.They called her and asked if she would like her Dyson serviced for £29.99 then charged £20.99 and £25.99 for filters and £5.99 for a fan belt not even Dyson original equipment. I could have bought the lot on the internet for just over £10!

STAY CLEAR! Absolutely shocking service.. those other reviews are very true as someone also came out to my mother's house and pressured her into buying a Kirby (reconditioned) that she can not manage nor understand, then took away our PERFECT 6 year old dyson!! (Apparently as part ex) Offered free servicing and extra help if she doesnt understand ...still waiting 14 months later.. they are preying on the vunerable and taking the p***!!

My girlfriend had one of these guys come to the door to enter a competion, a week later they phone to say she has won a free carpet shampoo, they turn up to do this only to try andget her to give details and sign up for a payment plan for one of the machines wortharound 2000, the guy was the phone to his boss who seemed really arrogant, when my partner said she would think about it he said what's to think about, he them wanted my partner to show him The bedroom because apparently this machine cleans beds, I was at work when these guys came my partner and my little boy were in the house, a so called competion prize could have turned out into a big con probably paying it off the rest of our lives with huge interest, my gran would have fallen for this, stay well clear, my girlfriend also later in the day got a face book friend request from a business man in roundhay, probably nothing to do with it but it's a bit strange, becareful people.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.My mother is 85 years of age and suffers from Alzheimer's, she is unable to communicate on other than the most basic level. Yesterday Wednesday 22/04/2015, my brother called at my mothers home to find a male in the house, stripping my mothers vacuum cleaner. he had with him an invoice for £150. from Excel ServicingMy brother challenged the male and asked why he was at my mothers address. his response was that he was just the person who carried out the service. My brother then rang the firm,who claimed that my mother had agreed to the service. my brother told the man to leave and informed the firm that we would not be paying any bill.Be aware! these people are praying on vulnerable elderly people, if my brother had not attended at my mothers home we would be facing an unsolicited bill for £150.How many other people are they doing this to?

Absolutely abdominal company, they cold called me and when I told them I did not want my vacuum serviced just hung the phone up, if this is their attitude I would certainly not deal with them, a company like this deserves to be driven to bankruptcy and if they cold call me again it will end up in court because it gives me great delight to bring awareness of companies like this to the public.

My vacuum was knackered did not feel like going out and buying another one as this cost £200, I called them and a guy came out could not fix it so took it away then came back the same day.Vacuum worked great better then before and only cost me £60.

If you want to waste a morning waiting for an engineer that does not turn up this is the company for you. They will, I hope, never ring me again but I should have been suspicious when they dropped their price from £30 to £20.

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIMEjust attended this place for a job interview and have never experienced a more unprofessional company, as i arrived i had cigarette ash falling on me from staff smoking in the doorway, before the interview i was asked my name 3 times by a member of staff, i was asked to fill out some forms that asked for a lot of personal information when i refused to do this before interview i stated if i was interested in the position i would be willing to fill these out when a position was offered, i was then told NO interview would be taking place.whilst in the office one of the male staff , service manager i presume was running around waving his arms around, making reference to disabled people, i found this very offensive.to some up this company, i would say they are a bunch of degenerate idiots that behaved like they were in a youth club, most of whom are probably of that age.AVOID THIS RIP OFF MERCHANTS AT ALL COSTSERVICE YOUR OWN MACHINES AT A FRACTION OF THE COSTTHEY ALSO HAVE REVIEWS ON HERE THAT THEY HAVE RIPPED OFF THE ELDERLY!
