Stefan did a great and precise job of fitting a new gas hob into a wooden worktop. The worktop had to be cut out to size. Stefan was professional, tidy and courteous.

We had a very positive experience with Stefan and his team from start to finish.- Very accommodating and professional at the planning and design stage.- Fitting was done very well, good attention to detail and accurate and polished result.- Kitchen Makeovers offered good value for money, a fair price for the quality of the product and labor- Works finished within a good time frame and space left clear and clean at the end.Would not hesitate to recommend.

My father in law who is 86, paid £1400, to this company as a deposit to fit new kitchen doors.They were scheduled to be fitted, the fitter called to say could he change the date which my father in law agreed to. They never turned up, can’t be contacted by phone as it’s continuously switch off. Head office has been called 5 times, and on each occasion has said someone will call back, nobody has. This company is a scam.Do not use them. To scam old people out of money is an absolute disgrace.

Both myself and Linda are over the moon with the outcome. One special mention must be given to Stefan and his team, they worked like trogens every day. It was a fantastic experience.I would recommend Kitchen Makeovers to anybody who is thinking about getting a kitchen make over.Once again thankyou. ( happy wife is a good life)

I contracted Kitchen Makeovers for a kitchen make over about 2 months ago. We agreed for my kitchen doors to be replaced and fitting on my kitchen blinds which was included in the quote he gave me.Although there was a misunderstanding in the order of items, Mr Stefan Gojda re-ordered the materials and he fitted the cabinet door replacements ok. However, when he completed replacing the kitchen doors, he told me that he would come back to fit the blinds 2 days later.After he had left, I noticed that 2 of the kitchen doors did not shut properly and also send him a picture of the handle on one of the shutter that needed adjusting. I paid Stephan before he fitted the blinds as I thought that I could trust him to come back. Unfortunately, Stefan didn't come back despite my calls. I tried calling on the 0800 number listed as their office no but a lady who said that she was a receptionist kept telling me that she will tell her Manager to call me back which never happened, The last call I made, I asked for her Manager's number but she said she did not know it, also said that she did not know head office's number as she claimed to be only a receptionist. I asked her if I should call Check a Trade and she rudely answered that I can do what I wish after the call which was very upsetting.I would have rated Stefan a 5 but rated him a 3 because he lied to me and made me choose Kitchen Makeover instead of other service providers because he agreed to fit my kitchen blinds, something that I desperately needed to do. He also refused to come back and make the small adjustments to the kitchen door shutters which means I would need to pay someone else to fix.I have waited completing this review in hope that Mr. Gojda would turn up and its over 3 weeks and he has not turned up, no responded to my calls. It is very frustrating that there is no one to report or complaint to at Kitchen Makeovers, unlike other similar service providers. Mr Gojda told me that Kitchen Makevers are a Franchise but that fact that there is no one to report to, no complaint procedure leaves me thinking that it isn't.I hope that Stefan, you will find it in your heart to come back and complete the job as quoted.Thank youJuliet Najja

The kitchen makeover team have done quite a lot of work for us now. We had our kitchen re done, new bedroom wardrobes and some steps made from composite decking. Everything has been made to high standard, Stefan is always on time and very professional. He has great ideas. He always answers the phone to help us with any questions we had. Overall we have had an excellent experience with kitchen makeovers and would definitely recommend them.
