Disappointed, they were out of alot of food, long queues to be told sold out of so many stuff. They haven't been opening at the times stated online alot lately, when I drive past to get something they are closed :-(.

The store was clean, lots of food out, the staff are friendly and polite, they greeted everyone in line with a smile and made general chat while making the orders, very good shopping experience and it brightened up my day.

Just popped in here for something to eat, the chicken strips were lovely and so was the jam donut. The trainee that served me was friendly and nice, helpful.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a vegan steak bake and the lady gave me a meat one, this is the second time it’s happened. I went back and told the other worker who was then confrontational and said I should make sure I say vegan, I told her I had mentioned it twice to the lady as I am a vegetarian. She ( polish)was still very rude and hostile. I’m not surprised, people with low skilled jobs usually lack manners. I won’t be visiting here again.

Popped in off chance as I fancied a doughnut. A female member of start saw me come in and just disappeared to the back. I called out for service and it took her a minute or so to return. I placed my order, when I got home I realised I didn't get the chocolate doughnuts that I ordered and I was also 1 order short. Not only that the chocolate had come off in the paper bag they were served in. Rude staff and even worse service, why not serve the doughnuts in a box?...You've lost another customer.
