The course was well structured and led. Content was delivered in an accessible manner and the delivery by Gareth and Michelle was perfectly pitched for the audience. Would recommend.

I went to the course alone and was feeling a little anxious. I was made feel part of the group from the start. Michelle was great...she went over all the content needed and kept it fun and engaging. Would definitely recommend going to GDR Solutions for any training!

I attended a FREC 3 course which was nothing short of brilliant! Our two instructors, Gareth and Michelle, were very informative and thorough in their teaching, making sure everyone understood before moving on and going into more depth were it was needed. Gareth and Michelle used their wealth of knowledge and experience to make the course even more beneficial , and allow them to refer to real life scenarios. The facilities were 10/10, with plenty of props for everyone to practice on, resources for absolutely anything, and a welcoming environment - with plenty of coffee!I left the week feeling like I had know the instructors and everyone on the course for years, due the the friendly and welcoming nature.It was easily the best course I have ever been on and will be definitely doing my FREC 4 with GDR.All in all I would definitely recommend GDR to anyone thinking of a first aid/ pre hospital care course.

Many thanks for all your help and support today.I attended the Emergency First Aid at Work Coourse at GDR Solutions on Friday 02 March. Part was previously done online using excellent training videos. The practical side of the course was cleverly adapted for distancing requirements, was really well presented & I not only refreshed my knowledge but learned important new things as well. The room was spacious & airy, Gareth was professional & friendly & I would certainly attend other courses there & happily recommend GDR to anyone looking for First Aid training.
