The slowest service ever! You could go to a restaurant and ask for 5 course meal and you would get it quicker than your 2 items order from KFC (Twister wrap and Stuffing tower burger). After 20 minutes of waiting I asked how long the food was going to be and was told that it was just coming out - waited another 5 minutes! No apology from the staff either and the burger really wasn't worth all that waiting.

You could order the day before and you'd still be waiting for it on arrival. The staff were absolutely useless, too busy chatting away to notice the crowd of angry customers.

Absolutely no go in any of the staff. Maybe due to terrible site management. Appears far too little staff for what should be one of their busiest sites. Just hoardes of frustrated people waiting 20-30 minutes for their food. Definitely not fast food.There seems to be no kitchen management, no clear direction, just a few people operating like slugs

Not enough staff and incompetent! 2 people working front of house to serve us on a weekend at lunch time. Been waiting 20mins after I ordered and 12 orders in front of me for a KFC! Not fast food and such a Joke!

Really terrible experience. We ordered at 6:10, and finally got our food just before 7pm, so waited nearly an hour. We started warning other customers. Meanwhile burger king in TT fame services had the other half of our group's food ready in less than 10 minutes.They were clearly significantly understaffed, and the people who were working there were clearly very fed up and so not trying at all hard.Avoid!

Ridiculously long wait - over 25 minutes from ordering until getting food. One member of staff working on orders and two stood around chatting, apparently not seeing the huge crowd of people waiting for their orders to be fulfilled. Our number was eventually called only to be told they didn’t have the sides we’d ordered or the choice of drink we wanted. Chicken was good but fries had clearly been sat around a while waiting as were cold and chewy. Won’t be coming here again.

Its KFC, food is that standard. Otherwise this outlet is awful. Slow doesnt cover it. The children running are doing their bestish, but it needs managing. Bloody awful.
