Had a manicure a couple of weeks ago and all of the staff were so lovely, especially the woman on reception. My nails look great and the paint has lasted really well.

Went to do my nails and i didnt know what colour to use and the staff helped me with that, they are helpful and polite.The nails were very nice, and my eyebrows shape done to perfection.Will return soonKeep the good job .Highly recommended

After my second pedicure at Simply Urban I got a severe toe infection. Upon letting the salon know, they said they investigated and it hadn’t come from there. The infection came on with 24 hours of my pedicure and I’ve never had one before so can only assume it was indeed from there. Thinking back, whilst the technician sprayed the bowl where my feet had been soaking after my treatment, I can’t recall seeing any kind of disinfectant for the tools used. Whilst the pedicure itself was fine, I have no faith in their health and safety. I would avoid unless you want to be in pain!

Visited Simply Urban this weekend with my bestie! I went for the classic manicure and pedicure! The staff was lovely and very welcoming and I was extremely pleased with their service! The amazing interior design is defo a bonus adding to the whole experience. Would definitely recommend!

First of all, I helped to design this interior. So of course I am biased but today I went for a vegan and cruelty free gel manicure and pedicure as a regular customer. Important to note: the staff didn't know me!It was a lovely experience. I was very well looked after throughout and I found it a really relaxing experience. Shauna really knew her products, was so lovely to talk to and she did a beautiful job or my not-so-beautiful nails.Highly recommended! It's lovely part of Brighton and a much needed place for nails plus there's beauty treatments downstairs.Hope you go and enjoy it too.

I removed my manicure at simply urban. The guy didn’t remove the gel properly. This morning, I noticed there’re still some gel LEFT on my FIVE nails and they’ve already became yellow. It’s so awful for me.Additionally, I did the manicure( just the white colour) during the promotion. However, no staff mentioned it for me.
