Excellent service, great practitioners.

Really impressed with this surgery.I recently moved house and didn’t change my address and needed to visit a doctor. My old practice saw me and needed to do a urgent referral, but unable to as my new address was not in their catchment area they could not proceed.Called up Bosden Moor surgery and explained the situation. The receptionist Katie, was amazing and understanding and processed my application straight away. Within less than 24hr the Doctor called me and processed my referral to a specialist. Really impressive. Thank you to the team for coordinating so quickly.

Katie is a delight on reception!Every since I moved to the area and registered with Bosden, Katie has always remained bubbly, professional and welcoming. This is the first time I've visited this surgery, I've just returned from having my 1st Covid Vaccination and wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in this very well run event. From the people taking names & information at the entrance, the lady ensuring I left the right way, to the Nurse who gave me the vaccine and the Doctors who I am sure were on site just in case there was a problem, you are all amazing and I thank you for your time and kindness at this very challenging time.

Been to bosden moor surgery with my mum. While we were in the waiting room, the receptionist had a very difficult telephone conversation with a man who didn't speak much English. Her patience and professionalism with the gentleman was first class. A credit to the surgery.

Honestly the worst gp practice ive been too, receptionist aren’t helpful atall. Been waiting all day for a very important prescription that I can’t work without and I’m just getting no where atall.Avoid at all costs

This surgery is second to none . I am so Happy now that we have new Doctors . Our family has never been better looked after by competent and friendly doctors and specialist nurses. You are all fantastic it makes coming to see a health practitioner a pleasure .

Bosden Moor surgery has the best team - doctors, nurses and receptionists. They are always kind and helpful, competent and friendly. Me and my family are very happy having Dr. Davis as a GP. The system of communications is very good and its always a pleasure to visit the surgery.

I always believe that visiting your local medical centre should be an enjoyable and relaxed experience. I have been very well- In good health since the new team took over at the Bosden Moor Surgery. I need less visits because when I see to my Diabetic Nurse Helen or GP Doctor Solomon I feel very empowered to look after myself, I ask questions and the facts are explained clearly to me, they take time to interact and show an interest of my worries and this make me feel happy putting my mind to rest. I also like the approach, where they make me feel that my opinion matter and I am not patronised, showing respect for individual preferences. The one thing that cannot change is Katie who has been there a long time- What would we do without her? She knows everyone at the surgery by voice she is the first point of contact to all who attends. The team of Doctors are all very approachable. The qualified Nurse for bloods etc is good although I think she should not rush her patients, I would not want the health care assistant to do my bloods again because she made me very nervous and my arm was badly bruised. She did not have time for me. This is what I feel and have experienced. This is my honest overall experience of my local GP practice and the team. The refurbishment of the surgery is clean and modern. A good place to be when you are unwell. A listening team who respects diversity and differences.
