Cirencester Nails & Spa

I just went there for the first time yesterday and everyone was really friendly. I kept commenting about how quick my nails were being done and at first I was impressed because it was in and out in about 30 minutes but today I’ve realized it’s super messy around my cuticles and not filed neatly, which is a major peeve of mine. I would have liked to maybe spent a little more time (closer to an hour) there and had cleaner cuticles and nicer edges than to be super quick and now have to spend time trying to fix my nails myself. I love the ombré but I am a little disappointed overall that I paid £40 (with tip) for a kind of messy job. I only gave 3 stars because I feel like maybe slow down a bit and focus a little more on the quality.

I am regular customer of 3 years, up until today I was very disappointed not with my nails but the way I was treated. The owner I don’t know her name but she was very rude to me and made me feel intimidated. I asked for ombre/jewelled nails and they were not how I wanted them so the owner looked at me very Sharply and got very angry that her colleague had to re-do them. This is not at all what I expected I was shocked to be spoken to in such a bad way. I will certainly not be coming back to you any longer so you have lost a good customer and I hope that you learn from this not to speak to people in such a disrespectable way again!!! More of a money grabbing place rather than treating the customer decent!!!!

Walked in today and was very happy with the service I recieved. I love my nails, and will definitely go back again.

I am a nail biter. My nails are really short! I wanted nail tips/extensions plus gel. They did a French manicure for me. They are amazing! I had them done 3 weeks ago, and the tips are still on!!! I’m going back to have them re-filled in the next few days. I’ve been to other nail places, and the tips ping off, even with gel on, after a few days. I am just delighted with them. And I have had so many comments from people about them. Highly recommended!!!!

Ive only been going here a few weeks ..but i need to say they seem to take pride in there work .and so they should really love my pedicures .lovely friendly patient staff .keep up the good work .see you soon .Bev x

Lovely staff. Great value. Lots of choices.

I have been here twice now and both times I was very pleased. The first time I had acrylics and they lasted over 6 weeks. The 2nd time I had gel on my natural nails again they have lasted nearly 2 months without peeling off or breaking. Highly recommended.

I always go here for my nails and they always do such a great job. The nails I had done yesterday are beautiful. 1000% recommend going here
