Avoid this car park.Payment machines out of order and their app wasn't working. PARKING CHARGE AMOUN: £100. Horible!The parking lot is paved with gravel, you can easily damage your glass. My advice is to find another parking.

Booked in advance so saved a lot compared to if we had paid and displayed.The instructions on the confirmation instruct you to park in a bay but there are no markings and its not a smooth surface car park but is very easy to walk into the city centre.

I didn't realise that if you stop in the aldelphine hotel and pay for the car park you don't have to pay again when you go collect your car I did make this mistake so cost me 26 quid now can't get on touch with any one to complain and get my money back

Avoid if you have any other options (and there are plenty).Entered this car park, parked, tried to pay but the payment machines were all out of order and their app wasn't working. Looked around for other machines but there were none so I left the car park and parked elsewhere. £100 fine for being there 13 mins though I made every effort to pay. ParkingEye and the Adelphi Hotel by association are an embarrassment. Maybe put the money towards increasing security as there are LOTS of cars broken in to at this site.

Though bad surface, it does still seem to be the cheapest in town that I’ve found, the ncp near liverbuilding is disgustingly expensive

Bit expensive when mount pleasant is £5 all day, and the pot hole are bad enough to wreck your car

Omg, this car park needs a good layer of stones or tarmac or concrete!!! It needs something. It's awful with lumps and pot holes, and to even try to walk over was hard work. It's very expensive too. 13 pounds for 24 hours.
