Neville Road Surgery

Wow, disgusted at the bad reviews on here. This is by far the best surgery in Luton. Dr Mahmood has never been anything other than absolutely brilliant with my entire family - right from the elders to our children! Knowledgable and compassionate. And as for Pauline, that woman would do whatever she can to help a person. If more receptionists were like her, businesses would run a lot easier!

Unprofessional, always leaving medicine out of REPEAT prescriptions, never signing them on time. Have never received a prescription without an issue or missing items.Receptionist accusing patients of not sending in repeat prescriptions on time, they have no idea what they're doing! Making patients chase them up for over a week when medicine it due to run out. Left the prescription with the receptionist to get signed. who left it there on the desk visible to all patient, so much for GDPR! Made me wait an hour in the surgery for the gp to sign the prescription, even though it is electronic. Incompetent receptionists couldn’t even pass on the prescription. Instead left it on view for anyone who walks into the clinic.Surgery open without a doctor.. clearly great patient care…incompetent receptionists who have no idea how to do a very basic job of passing on a message!

The surgery is so professional. They are fantastic for my elderly mum. They listen and more importantly they care. Lovely receptionist and a brilliant team. Dr Mehmood is so caring towards mum, she feels protected. One of the best surgeries in Luton. Thank you for everything.

I'm genuinely glad I switched from easily the worst one around to this one. The receptionists are really helpful and the doctor seems to care he got got me a blood test and diagnosed me within a couple of weeks he even called to check on me a week later when I hadn't even requested it, which I really appreciated.

I have been at this surgery for a very long time. It’s a perfect combination of very caring and understanding doctors and very professional receptionists. Thank you to the ladies in reception; Pauline and Ruhena who are always so helpful.

Neville Road Surgery are always very helpful whenever I have had any concerns with my elderly mother, who is a patient at the practice. Both receptionists and doctors are very professional and always make time for her. Thank you

Worst experience ever started calling them at 8 am to join queue and press number 1 for automatic joining of queue so they later call you didn't receive a call till 10 am then i call them back and retain my place i was still at number 8 it is ridiculous can't imagine if we need an advice they dont give appointments

Since Dr Saj Mehmood has taken over this place has gone from 5star to 0 star if I could give it one. Rude and ignorant receptionists. Young Pakistani lady and Pauline I believe. Surgery closes half days unable to get any appointments, doctors is non existent. No telephone service either. Don’t know how they are rated No1 in luton should be the worse in luton or the surgery should need a whole review.

This is without a doubt the best doctors surgery in Luton . Dr Mahmood is patient , understanding and goes above and beyond to understand and help with all medical problems . The lovely ladies on the reception are so helpful and will always go above and beyond to help get you an appointment ASAP . Ann the nurse is great and has often seenme at short notice . My family and I have been patients at Neville Road for many years and we are happy with our surgery . Thanks Team Neville Road !!!!!!!

Excellent! I cannot fault my recent experiences at this surgery! So glad I changed surgery. Receptionists show care, attention and respect. A very pleasant manner to which I say 'thank you!' The Doctor was very good and took instant action phoning me two days later with results! Wow!
