DDH

My mum had a panic with a leaking loo yesterday and you guys were out quickly to take a look for her and then went round and fixed it up the next day. She said she'd used you before but I hadn't realised that when I gave her your number last night ! Thanks so much, guys, AND for not ripping her off, either. I'll make sure she keeps your number safe now as she only had an old one !Updated review from 5* to 2* August 2020:Not sure what's going on with this company but they've let my mum down around 3 times now.Update again October 2020:Back to service as usual so not sure what happened in August. Mum needed them again last week, came as expected, and today I managed to flood my bathroom in an attempt to fix my loo and they came out and returned later to fix it. Totally back to great service again and I'm so pleased as you need a company you CAN rely on when needed. Happy to redo my review as well.

DDH Plumbing came out at short notice after my bathroom tap sprung a leak and flooded my downstairs living room. Terrific guys, got the job sorted in no time and did not break the bank. Disaster everted. I would highly recommend this company.

Just had a combi boiler fitted to replace a tank and boiler. Can't praise DDH enough, very professional and very reasonably priced, would certainly recommend DDH.

Full gas central heating system installed from scratch. A clean, efficient and friendly service, we're delighted.

Had my leaky radiator fixed this morning..prompt service and v good value. Will definitely use again

I have always found DDH to be very reliable for servicing my boiler, and for plumbing repairs. They recently fitted me in at short notice, even though they were technically fully booked. The lady who arranges the appointments is always very helpful.

DDH came to install a new boiler, during the installation, they flooded our down stairs living room, dining room and kitchen. When raising our concerns with Alan, the company owner, he became aggressive towards us and threatened to rip out our new boiler and leave us with nothing. Thankfully, implying we would call the Police calmed him down and he then left the property for his colleagues to fix the problem. They offered to restore the house to the condition it was prior to them entering our property, before causing the flooding. When paying for the work, we offered to pay for the materials for now and the rest once the damages made had been rectified; DDH were happy with this as understood once damages had been repaired, they would receive the full amount. They have failed to come back and carry out the repair work to our property. Fortunately, we owe them approximately £500 out of a £3500 installation cost however, the damage left is significantly more and has caused undue stress and upset for ourselves.Personally, I would AVOID using them at all costs unless you want to be out of pocket like us!
