My bosch dishwasher was broken - I called Bosch and due to all their engineers being busy their partner company Stellisons were sent out to take a look.The Stellisons engineer barely looked at the dishwasher and proceeded to tell me that my plumbing was the problem and I was using the wrong dishwasher tablets. He also used the phrase when your hubby gets home tell him..." - it's 2022 this kind of misogyny needs to get in the bin.I took his "advice"

Dealing with the staff at their Chelmsford branch was easy. They always came back to me. Also very helpful throughout. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

I can only have praise for how helpful and polite everyone was for when I bought my fridge freezer. I got the date I wanted for delivery. Very happy with my appliance. A friend sent me the link via messenger, it made it easier to show the assistant in the shop.

Avoid like the plague. Not even deserving of one star.Bought a new dishwasher and washing machine, from Stellisons who sub contract out the installation and servicing to Appliance Force albeit they claim to be Stellisons Service. Neither appliance has been installed correctly by the installation engineers which is now causing me no end of problems, washing machine wandering etc/vibrating like it’s about to fall apart. They made a complete mess of my cupboard door which houses the machine (integrated). Damaged my kitchen panel when installing the washing machine but of course later denied. When I challenged them they actually accused me of causing the damage before threatening to walk off site. Numerous revisits, still unable to resolve so now I have to use a piece of polystyrene to place on top of the washing beneath the worktop (as the machine is integrated) in order to stabilise it. Never had any issues like this with my old machine, suffice to say my old machine was installed by professionals.Yes I have complained but my numerous complaints just go unanswered unless I chase and chase and even then I don’t get a response. Totally unprofessional service, no customer service or care, very unprofessional telephone manner. Do not use.***Just by way of an update my complaint made about the professionalism of this company and installation of my washing machine and dishwasher has still not been resolved, not even had one response from Stellisons Electrical some 10 months down the line, totally unacceptable and disgusted with this so called company******further update, (27/01/21) my complaint as detailed above still remains unresolved. Appliance Force have now taken to completely ignoring my emails. Utterly disgusted with this so called company and their lack of compassion. Please save yourself the aggravation and avoid like the plague***

We ordered a number of items from Stellisons Chelmsford in early 2020. When we took delivery of the items we noticed that two were damaged, which is surprising as we would have expected items to be checked before being sent out for delivery. Our extractor fan had a large dent in it and our fridge had a number of shelves where the glass had shattered. While the issue with our extractor fan was originally resolved (only after being sent a replacement that was also damaged), we have still not been sent the replacement shelves.While I appreciate that the last year has presented difficulties given the pandemic, I find it hard to believe that it has taken over a year for us to be sent some replacement fridge shelves. I have been sent a number of holding emails up until recently, when Stellisons have simply not bothered to reply.I would urge people to look elsewhere if they don't wish to be fobbed off and ultimately ignored.
