If another Chandlery not 7 miles away in Burton upon Trent supplied Victron , Midland Chandlery Willington would lose my custom altogether and all the victron sales I have promoted them would be diverted to Burton also .Good stock here as usual , but much more customer connectivness and welcoming at Burton Chandlery !.I can spend 5 pounds at Willington and after being served feel quite saddened of the atmosphere .,However I can spend 500 pound at Burton and leave there with a smile ...I gave you only 3 star because of the way you spoke to another customer who wanted to return something .Shame really .

Our first visit yesterday which exceeded my expectations. Can’t remember the name of the chap who assisted us but he couldn’t have been more helpful. With the addition of being set in a lovely location with cafés, shops, hundreds of narrowboats and lovely walks it all makes for a very good day out by car or boat.
