NW4 Motorcycles

I`m riding scooters and motorbikes for more than 20 years and I have been living in London for more than 10 years and it is the first time that I have received what i like to define a top-class service. I have contacted NW4 motorcycles to quote for a service to be performed on my xmax 300. I have been surprised by the owner Saad for all the details that he has given me with a full breakdown of the individual price of each item including VAT and labour and all at a very competitive price. On the service day, I have received an email with photos proving the used of original Yamaha items and service performed on my xmax 300. After paying the bill and arriving at home, I have noted that I have been charged accidentally twice for an item, I have emailed the owner Saad that next following day he has promptly replied to me, apologising for the mistake and refunding me the difference by bank transfer. Honestly, I strongly recommend NW4 motorcycles shop, clear service, competitive price and honesty on work performed, I`m definitely going back again for my next service.

I have been coming to this bike shop for many years now and I can always rely on them to get the job done in good time.The mechanic is extremely knowledgeable and Said the owner goes above and beyond for his customers... I once had an accident in the evening after hours 5-6 miles away from home, and Said rescued me without hesitation.I've since moved away from the area but I continue to travel several miles to bring my bike to this shop.The products for sale in this shop are awesome too.

Firstly great customer service, the staff here are very light hearted and helpful , secondly they are very professional and I'm grateful for the work they dis with my vehicle , they have gained a new customer.

I was after a Tail tidy and oil reservoir upgrade. Can't believe the guys turned it around so quickly, quality service, great job! will be back! Exhausts next.

I've been using NW4 motorcycles for a number of years now and am continually looked after so well. I've had Honda Hornets and now a new Triumph Street Triple. Great for checking over my bike, new tyres, installing new mods and servicing. Nothing ever a problem, they are quick and affordable and lovely to deal with. Definitely recommend..5 stars...!!!

Excellent service and reliable mechanics. Sourced and fitted a pair of new tyres on my bike at a competitive price, and even called and checked a few days later to ensure it was all running smoothly. Couldn't recommend enough.
