Bought a car from here, all started great everything went smoothly. Apart from a fault with the vehicle which he said would be sorted asap. (6 months ago) It came with 3 month’s warranty now the warranty has ran out not returning any messages I have sent to him.

Saw a transit custom at this dealersInvolved an 80 mile trip but was well worth the journey.Jonathan is a great blokeLet me look round it ask questions and test drive the van.Re mot’d it so I had 12 month and gave me 3 months warranty and serviced it.I purchased the van was and still happy with itHad a problem with the heated screen not working on one side informed Jonathan that it was a fault with the screen and he had it replaced .Would definitely recommend this dealer and would purchase another van from them

Coolant warning light came on as I was driving down the hill into Hollingworth - fortunately Firbank are just off the main road. I drove in and asked if someone could check all my fluid levels. Didn't mind waiting but a technician was with me immediately to help out, also giving me advice on how not to make the mistake of letting my coolant levels get too low again! Thank you Firbank!
