After having a very bad experience with Seat in Shrewsbury/Telford, I phoned Barlow who I had used in the past when I lived in Wolverhampton, now live in Telford. Patrick handled my service query which was a peculiar software issue on the Seat Leon mk4 requiring a manual software update from the dealership to resolve, as this issue was preventing the OTA updates. Patrick and the team dealt with this issue and were very thorough throughout and stuck to the advised time frame on the day. I just want to say a huge thank you to them as not only did they completely resolve the issue that was unresolvable by a fellow dealership, they also completely cleaned the car and refused to take any payment from me. Top dollar service. Highly recommend.

Hands down, one of the best easiest and very well informed journey i had in buying a car. Just bought a car for the first time from Barlows Wolverhampton. The level of service from Lee Bradbury was outstanding. Could not have been any more impressed from enquiry through to delivery.
