Processed my passport application today foned ahead of my visit and was advised of all the documents I needed very efficient service

Ciara and Margaret are first class , friendly and the fact they make you laugh lifts weight off your day

Slowest post office in the world not to mention opening hours haven’t been updated and will close halfway through queuing for 15 mins after they stand and have a nice wee chat about coronavirus.

When I was dropping of a package at the local post office the package I handed over which was clearly wrapped with a tape that said fragile" and a moment later the employee nonchalantly chucked the package

Very poor attitude and bad service I’ve ever had. Woman staff in post office refused to deposit money for international students, and much doubt on my ID card identification.I asked her if it’s okay to show her the electronic version of my home address proof and other documents to prove my identification, she refused to see and insisted to ask me show her the paper copy of my home address and bank statements, which is quite unreasonable according to post office banking service rules. I have been to other post offices before and had never been asked to prove my identification in this rude way!

Mags and Kiera are the best of the best - so helpful and all done with a great sense of humour. Nothing is too much trouble for them explaining all options to customers. I have also watched them give elderly and infirm customers that little bit extra help when needed. They could teach others a lesson in how to give top class service.

Just want to say a big thank you to Mags and Kiera for all there help great girls with a great sense of humour and i hope your leg hasnt fallen off Mags

Was in on Saturday and the service was brilliant, the girl was very very good, quick efficient service

Called to ask about posting using a QR code from royal mail and when final delivery was. Was told over the phone this was fine and headed over to be told that they do not do it.The woman I spoke to on the phone stormed out of the backroom and told me that yes she had said that and then began to get agitated, patronising and extremely rude when I pointed out that she had just reiterated what she had said on the phone and that is why I'm confused. I do not work in a post office, I do not know there are different QR codes, that is why I called. They then gave me completely wrong information about simply printing the label myself so from a printers across the road - I was informed at a different post office I could have done this and saved all the hassle. All they had to do was explain and apologise for the confusion, but instead wanted to not be wrong for whatever reason thereby making a mountain out of a mole hill and forcing me to walk 15 minutes to post elsewhere.Terrible customer service, awful attitude and they provided no useful information unlike the post office on Malone, who simply had me pay for it at the desk and write the label before getting a refund from Royal Mail. Which I was perfectly happy to do because they were polite and understanding. They have typically been fine to drop off parcels, but are highly strung and if you have any queries I would avoid.
