Really disappointed with their phone and customer service my friend has tried ringing multiple times with no answer and after leaving a voicemail she doesn't get a reply for weeks if any at all. They have told her she hasn't contacted them with a certain issue however she have left voicemails and emails to which have had no answer.

The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Stuart came to my rescue during an emergency. Would recommend.

Great support

As a lettings company they are very helpful. However when arranging things like viewings and visits they are unbelievably unprofessional. They emailed one of the people living here (despite us all deliberately refusing to choose a lead tenant, they picked one at random) to say that there would be a viewing, a mere 5 hours before it happened. They then said to email if there were any problems, which I did, because we were not prepared for a viewing at that time. They came anyway. This happened 3 more times before eventually I was in the property and managed to explain to the representative that it is not acceptable to just email one random tenant and ignore the rest of us. She took my email and phone number down and didn't use it until she sent the email out to say that viewings were over and they'd found tenants for the following year.Also when I was talking to possible new tenants I was told please be quiet

Nice staff nice service

A helpful staff creates an easier renting experience however the websites they use for finding houses and applying to live there is overly complex and often does not work, if you plan on utilising this service to book your next uni home I recommend you get very comfortable with writing emails for your every problem as often the provided website falls short of being useful.
