If you work for a living and are not on benefits and need to visit the town hall, forgot it. As they seem to work limited “ office hours “.But they are still happy to take your council tax payment every month. And don’t miss a payment, as you will have every employee and their dog hounding you. You can try to email them, but good luck with that one, as they won’t reply to it. I guess it’s the new normal over used fashionable excuse now. Covid.

Luton Town Hall
A pleasant historic building, unfortunately all the customer services are now operated from elsewhere or through the website.

Luton Town Hall
A very nice historic building which makes it stand apart from the other rundown buildings and 1960s/70s architecture in the town. Unfortunately, and unlike most other town halls in the country, this one is not open to the tax paying public - or any other members of the public for that matter.

A huge historic building in the middle of town centre next to the Luton Mall and station. There's a nice sitting area in front where you will get a vibe of Luton's divers community.
