i ordered 50 copper washers on 20/2/17.one week later nothing delivered,i spoke to the secretary and the reply was --not our problem you only paid for royal mail post ,if you pay for another 50 washers and fed ex tracked parcel we can do that,i asked to speak to the sales manager and guess what another week later i am still waiting for him to contact me.how good is this customer service

£46 for a valve of ebay. Lasted 15 month with hardly any use for my garage compressor and its gone faulty. No refund or replacement, Cheap copy parts no doubt.
