Went in today for my mother's prescription usually go to my efficient one at Haxey . I went in and turnedright to a counter only to be told in a headteachersvoice there is a queue, I looked around and a lady was stood looking at shelves nowhere near the counter,this lady who likes people to know she is the boss made me wait 20 mins even though my tablets were found within a minute. Certainly won't use this pharmacy again I would rather go to Scunthorpe.

Absolutely shocking service! The way some of the staff speaks to it's customers is unbelievable and I for one will never set foot in this place again and will be making a formal complaint!

Interesting....I have commented on here before and can not see my review . Unfortunately my review remains the same ,this seems to be a poorly run branch ,many times my prescription can not be found and although there appears to be sufficient staff service is generally slow .The branch closes for lunch and midday Saturday....what ??Added to this a couple of the staff are really rude ,I don't think thet realise they are working in a service industry.It's a shame there is no other pharmacy in Epworth .

Excellent service. Staff are so friendly and deal with scripts as soon as possible. Unfortunately some people think that prescriptions can be mustered out of thin air and don’t understand how much effort it clearly takes the staff! Everyone in the shop is so kind and always takes care of each customer individually. The shop is a credit to the weldricks company and the staff are just as good. Would never go anywhere else for my scripts!

Went for my prescription to find out it was £9 for 24 ibuprofen tablets which I could have bought over the counter in any shop for £1 to £2 was not advised of this very poor customer service one star as this is lowest you can give. Sent and email in still no response poor service again

Called in today to sort out a prescription problem first class service and it was sorted out within a couple minutes a big thank you to all the staff especially the pharmacist who sorted out the problem and even emailed me back to confirm my prescription was ordered just as she said she would. 11 out of 10
