After my first eye brow threading here I returned back 2 more times and they made them so so thin I cried each time! I don’t understand how the first time she listened to “tidy up” but 2 times after she made my thick brows so thin like 90’s brows

Ok, so I should have read the reviews and that is my fault. This is your warning. I bought two mani pedi for my sister and I. She called and made an appt for both of us at 5pm (I heard her say for two) when we arrived the salon could only accommodate one mani or pedi at a time. I let my sister go first and said I’d wait. While she was getting her nails done two women walked in and said they had appt for waxing. The lady painted my sister nails then said she’d come back to place the topcoat then ran to wax these other girls . I went to check on my sister and she didn’t even turn on the water to have her feet soak and she didn’t bother to clean up the cuticles. My sister had enough time to dry before she called over to do her manicure. Didn’t offer sandles or slippers so my sister walked on the cold floor barefoot. Eventually she took care of me and the same thing. No foot soak or cuticle care and nothing to put on my feet to walk across the salon. She filed my nails really hard and I winced and asked her to be softer. There was nail polish all over my cuticle and on my fingers… I barely had time to dry and by that time it was 7pm and she was ready to leave. I got what I paid for. Go spend your money at a salon that cares.

Small and tucked away in the basement but a true spot of glory. Rozie was very pleasant and patient. Went for a root colour and cut and blow dry. Added eyebrow threading as an extra boost. Left feeling great

The worst service and waxing service.HOLLYWOOD WAX1- the lady didn’t know what my treatment it was and how much.2- she wanted to extra charge me for a “hot waxing” but in the web side you have just one option to book for. She said otherwise will be too painful.3- I have decided to leave because of the confusion, and lack of communication, understanding etcBut the lady after few calls to some manager let me have the treatment which I’ve booked.4- wrong decision. As you can see the quality of the wax is awful, like the treatment.Not good quality wax, then bad service, I’m still full of hair and wax,but obviously after 10 minutes super fast and horrible Hollywood waxing I’m not going to ask for more thanks. As I can see how unprofessional the lady is.Definitely don’t go there.Unbelievable

The best place for eyebrow threading. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and among them, Neha stands out as a truly professional individual! I will definitely recommend this place.

I’m got a lovely mani-pedi here using a groupon. The pedicure was particularly great with a lovely scrub and foot massage. I was given some flip flops to wear whilst I got my manicure done. I keep my nails short and just wanted a clear coating and everything was done well. Everyone was friendly and I had a good experience!

had my hair cut and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating and i was very happy with the result. will definitely be coming back again!

I made an appointment directly with the salon days ahead, rang the day of to see if they could get me in earlier as had some banking to do and didn’t want to be late. They said they could get me in a bit later if that helped. I said yes and thanked them. Arrived at salon and no appointment. Apparently no record of my booking. I now see by the reviews this is a pattern. Only one person working at this point so they could not take me. They then had the audacity to call a few HOURS later to see if I could come in. There was a “mixup”. No thanks! Too many options to have time wasted.

Had my eyebrows done by the lovely lady, had no issues. You just need to explain what you need. Reasonable price for Chiswick
