Outstanding experience buying my beautiful BMW from Wessex Car Sales. Adam was very patient and not pushy at all. Great customer service and even checked in after I bought the car to see how I was getting on with it. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Thank you for taking good care of me!

I live around two hours away from this car garage and noticed they had a vehicle that interested me.After calling up I spoke to Nigel who arranged a viewing and test drive. Nigel was very friendly and did a great job in showing me around the car and arranging a good part ex price for my car.Picked up the car the following day and so far I am loving it! Thanks very much for the great service and quick turn around.Would definitely recommend!

Purchased a BMW for over £7000, within 2 weeks the engine light came on called Wessex Car sales to be told its nothing to do with them and to go through the warranty that was supplied.Took it to a local garage who was recommended by the warranty to be told they won't cover it as it would cost £1400 to replace both sensors, called Wessex car sales back up asking them to cover it as it was less than a month ago I purchased it only to be told they won't cover it and I should have taken out better warranty. Eventually they approved only half the repair as it was to expensive.Move on 4 months car has broken down and leaked oil had to get it recovered and taken to a local garage, again informed Wessex Car Sales who told me to continue under warranty, warranty wouldn't cover the repair as the chain tensioner had come loose and not broke" had to inform Wessex Car Sales of this who then had to cover half and warranty cover the other half on a £150 repair bill.2 months later and now out of "Warranty" car has more engine lights come on take it to local garage for diagnostics

Excellent customer service from the WESSEX team. Nygel and his team are great at what they do, straightforward, professional and courteous. Nygel really cares that customers are happy. Purchased a Freelander 2 which was delivered (thank you). When I called, Nygel took the time to call me at 7pm and first thing; a rare thing. Top class car sales. Never have I found such a genuine car sales. Extremely polite helpful and knowledgeable. My husband was looked after by Dean and he was extremely helpful. Car was EXACTLY as advertised. Such an easy transaction and would 100% use Wessex car sales again. Also we were seen by one of the owners who was brilliant to. The facilities there are top class too with brand new MOT bay so car came with 12 months mot and oil service. Not once were we pushed to make any decisions. We will definitely use these guys again.

I bought a Vauxhall Astra 1.7td on a 10 plate from Wessex for a fair price and they did a full service and a cambelt which always worries me. No problem to them and they couldn’t ask them for more help if I tried with good service. The car developed a small and persistent issue which I feel most small dealers would be difficult over as the car was sub £3000. I fully expected to have to fight as I’ve had to do before on a couple of occasions. I could not be more wrong in fact the level of service I got would have made a Rolls Royce dealer proud. The problem was difficult to resolve and they persisted till it was resolved and never once quibbled or asked me for money!! I would recommend them without hesitation and will buy my next car there. Thank you guys for going above and beyond.
