Madame Tierney classes

All I can say is 'c'est excellent!' Madame Virginie has been teaching my child for nearly two years and I am each time impressed with the progress they are making. She is patient and diligently encourages her students to push themselves and to engage with their french learning. With regular homework as well as constant monitoring of progress, Madame Virginie makes the lessons fun and very interactive. I like that she uses a variety of authentic French resources. I would highly recommend Madame Tierney classes.

Madame Tierney is a fantastic teacher. My son (8yo) has been attending classes since he was 5 and enjoys them so much. He's benefitted so much and can't wait to travel to France so he can test his skills out!

My eight-year-old daughter loves French Club with Madame Tierney and has been part of the group for a few years now. She finds the stories, games and songs really fun. Our French friends have commented that my daughter’s French accent is ‘très bien’! She enjoys reading and understanding signs and menus when we visit France, as well as having a go herself.

My son loves his after school class and looks forward to it every week. He also loves the at home activities.

Madame Virginie has been an amazing teacher to my son, she started teaching him French at school before the covid 19 pandemic and then she taught him via zoom every week during lock down. She provides exciting, and interesting ways to learn the language and is friendly, kind and very patient. My son has learned a lot of basic French of the past two years and he has really enjoyed the lessons. Thank you so much.

Madame Tierney has been teaching our 2 girls (5 & 11) for the past year, she taught them both with such enthusiasm, patience and passion for her language, the lessons were well structured and homework was easy to follow, we particularly enjoyed the songs (which are now stuck in my head ha ha). We will miss our Friday rendezvous. Highly recommended.
