Shame but this wasn't a good Greggs.My breakfast roll the bacon was almost Luke warm and the sausage roll was basically cold.My server was kind and professional but the food was poor

This one, is attached to a late opening garage, but Greggs won't stay open passed 5pm!The cakes, are nice, but the cheese & onion pastie wasn't as nice as Chatwins (our old and local cake shop) They expect you to pack your on bag! Staff young and not very friendly.

Always short of stock. Call in around 09:00 some mornings and have no stock of sandwiches so have to use the garage instead.

Absolutely useless. Everytime we go we are told thar nothing is hot as it was all out of the oven ages ago". How hard is it for an establishment that bakes pastries to serve HOT pastries and not cold? Even when I'm told they are hot

Greggs is ok but it’s frustrating that it’s a roll of the dice to whether you get a hot pastry.

Very poor Greggs staff rude and turned away again today at the entrance and told Cash only. I said I didnt have cash and they pointed to a cash machine. No card as I only use my phone for payments.Went to MCDONALD'S at sandbach services instead. Great service, fast order and took all payment methods.Had so many issues at this particular greggs.

The steak bakes are gorgeous. Plenty of meat and gravy. Another favourite of mine, are the sausage rolls. Also available is cups of tea and coffee, these aren't too expensive. I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful, which adds to the experience.

The Bacon and Sausage Baguette was so small it hardly covered the bacon. Very disappointing.

Absolutely disgusting attitude from the staff. Change slammed on counter, food slapped on fridge unit after noticing regulars are prioritised over others. 2 male staff working Tuesday AM but no name tags. Last visit I'll be making. Very unprofessional Greggs this one with no customer skills.
