i has a problem with my unvented hot water system. I called Purely Plumbing and Tony arrived at the time agreed. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned and carried out the repair, The work area was left absolutely spotless.Tony was friendly and polite at all times.I would use his services again without any reservations.

Tony provides an absolutely first class service. We have used him twice - once for a broken drain and this week for a split washing machine hose and a leaking pipe. Both times Tony has responded really quickly, got the issues resolved without any fuss - and all done at a fair price. Highly recommend!

Had a blocked kitchen sink with a long, hard to access pipe and we had no idea where/what the blockage was. Tony was very communicative, turned up on time, and had the problem sorted within a couple of visits. He cleaned and replaced the necessary parts of pipe despite the heat making it harder to work on an already tricky job. Would highly recommend!

Tony was great. We sent him some photos, he ordered the parts we needed, and then came and did the work at a time that suited us. He did a great job and was tidy. It all made things very easy for us. I would definitely use him again.

Tony did an excellent job of replacing our shower unit and removing and reinstalling our large radiator for a carpet to be laid. Service was excellent quick, professional and nice finish. Tony even re-pressurised our heating system which was very much appreciated.
