I had my medusa done here after a bad experience the 1st time somewhere else and could not recommend jade enough! From the initial appointment to the follow ups it was a much nicer experience and will definitely only use Jade in the future!

I went in today and straight away Jade advised what the best thing would be to do, she made the decision down to me but gave me the pros and cons to everything which helped me made the final decision that I needed to.With her knowledge in knowing what would be best we went down the route she first advised and from start to finish I felt really well looked after.She's given me tips how to keep the area looked after and we put a plan in place of what we will do next.I feel really well looked after and nothing was an issue, she's just a friendly and helpful person and I really do recommend her. I now wouldn't go anywhere else because I feel so comfortable with her and her advice.

I wouldn’t use any other piercer, Jade is absolutely amazing. The attention to detail is outstanding, and the information provided is like no other. Highly recommended.

Jade has done two (or technically 3) of my piercings now and I can’t imagine going to anyone else. She is so sweet and really looks after her customers. I highly recommend going to her if you’re looking to get something pierced because she is by far, the best in Boston.

The only place in Boston to come for a professional piercing in my opinion, the outstanding client care as soon as you walk in the door is second to none. It's clean, sterile and private. My daughter recently got her bellybutton done after I'd already been for a piercing, Jade made her feel comfortable explained the process and answered any questions my daughter had going above and beyond. I have been here a few times now, and every time Jade has been amazing. She is patient, helpful, kind, and does not rush or pressure you at all. Everything is private and sterile, and the overall environment is very calming. Would highly recommend to anyone x

I've had multiple piercings now with Jade, no longer go elsewhere.Jade is always open & honest about any piercing including the pain level, healing times etc.Always there to answer any queries I've had, promptly & with as much info as possible.Would recommend to anyone. Full details for after care, so much info & has a kind, warm & calming manner.The shop is super cute too. So many amazing nick nacks from local sellers as well as some AMAZING jewellery. Service is next to none.
