The item was a framed limited print purchased on the gallery's website.The transaction was straightforward and completed expeditiously. With a follow-up confirmation email.The item on collection was professionally packaged and in mint condition.I found the Smolensky Gallery staff to have excellent customer service and knowledgeable about the art work. Top customer service and some!! When I was informed that one of the two pieces I had ordered online was out of stock Joe didn’t stop searching until he sourced the missing piece. He could have just said it was out of stock and sold me something else or gave me a refund but he went that extra mile whilst keeping me informed via phone and email the whole time. Beautiful gallery, jam packed full of amazing art and a refreshing emerging feel compared to your standard white wall gallery. Joe really knew his stuff. Great place to visit if you either love or want to invest in some art pieces
