Joseph went above and beyond to accomodate myself and my partner with a Home Buyers survey after being advised to get one by our solictor very late on in the purchase process. His turnaround time was excellent and he got us back on track with our purchase with full confidence in our new home to be! He called right after the survey with his initial thoughts and findings so we could rest easy knowing the full report was on its way. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to anyone.

Hi all. This company missed so many massive problems in their survey, I am starting to regret paying at all! Did they even enter the bedroom?(missed huge stains) Did they try to run the shower? (leaks after 30 seconds) Did they even LOOK at the back doors? (huge gap in door frame). Loads of other issues missed or just not mentioned.I think I might have done a better job myself 6 jägerbombs deep with a blindfold on!
