I recently purchased Wusthof items from here, after my purchase I had a look on here and immediately got nervous. I called the customer service team which is indeed a genuine number - one review I read said that it wasn't a real number, totally false! The person I spoke to was so kind and reassuring and told me that they were very aware of the reviews on here, he referred me to Feefo for peace of mind, which are reviews from verified customers. I have since received my items, I am so so happy with them and the service I received from start to finish was immense. The delivery was delayed and I was kept up to date by email and everything told to me came into fruition. I will leave a review on feefo also but wanted to leave one here to advise that this company went above and beyond for me, please ignore the negative reviews, my experience was 10/10 and will definitely be back.

Great prompt service. First time using. Wish I'd found them sooner.Bought a knife block set. Unfortunately, the block was damaged. Got in touch, and they dispatched the replacement as soon as I had posted the other one back, before it had arrived with them.Nice that they have trust in their customers. Definitely my go-to place for equipment now.

Selected knives were not in stock, but kithcne knives informed me of this by email, and knives arrived about a week late. Items exactly as ordered.

I ordered 9 items which according to the website were shown as in stock, after placing the order I had an email to say one or more items were not in stock, I rechecked the web site and all items were shown as in stock. As this was for a wedding present I was concerned. Fortunately the items were delivered within a week, and were very well packed.I would use the company again though!

I received speedy service and was pleased to find it easy to reach the UK-based customer service desk. I had a question regarding delivery which was promptly answered. I would highly recommend this service.

To begin with the quality of the knives provided look to be excellent, but that is the knives themselves and not the company.The reason for the negative review is due to being charged twice and sent two orders, via issues with their website.Upon being charged twice, I immediately contacted the company via email to inform them that I only want one order and a refund to be sent for being charged twice.This did not happen.Emails are to be responded to within 1-2 working days and after several days and receiving two sets of goods I rang the company. The company claim to never have received my email, despite making automatic responses.The lady who I spoke with on the phone regarding this was rude and not helpful to resolve their errors, to the point where their voice was raising.The company wanted to charge me for returning the goods, at which point would have been £20 in delivery fees on a block of knives worth £40.This is the first time I have ordered from the company, and therefore this could be a one off incident, however it will be the last time I order from kitchenknives.co.uk
