Taxi from hell, drove like a maniac, joy rider never felt so unsafe!!! We had to get out the taxi and walk the rest of the way we felt so unsafe. It was safer walking in the dark down a alley way than being in his car!!!

It was a great experience, I booked the taxi for my wife to take her to Piccadilly train station. It came promptly, understood the time restraints, got the wife to the station on time.My wife also accidentally took the car keys which the driver had no issue to bring back to my house. Well done all, especially the driver Haroon.

Absolute joke. I've used village/zcars for years never had an issue. I phone them today for them to tell me I'm blacklisted? Said I've not paid a taxi yet I've always always paid as I get to my destination. However the guy goes on to say its from November, this was when I phoned my partner a taxi and the driver refused to take him unless he paid upfront, he didn't have the cash on him as I was to pay when he got to me. So this will be the time I so called didn't pay. Absolute jokers

Been using this taxi firm since i moved to Oldham every week guaranteed several times a week even several times in a day. This firm has changed drastically from drivers to service to bookings asking for money up front for a job not complete wish i could get paid up front before i finish a job. Drivers aren't polite anymore even unprofessional. So from now on i will use another taxi service spent 100's even 1000's in fares with z cars. Not anymore.

If I could put zero stars I would!An error was made by the operator where to pick up my autistic son then he’s decides to embarrass him by calling up and playing a recording saying it’s my sons mistake. Have a bit of respect your running a service for us not doing us a favour your being paid. Goes through his full school life being picked on for adults to do the sameEmbarrassing sort your call handlers out!

Rating: Minus ⭐⭐⭐Appalling! Called 7am Sun 6th Nov, booked 4.15pm for 90yo mum (5min drive). Taxi turned up 30mins late. Took her there and back but she'd obviously missed it because they were closed. She paid taxi driver £7.50 (shouldn't have done!) and extra to company for missed appointment. I called Z Cars for refund and to see what had happened. Molly told me, We can't refund because taxi took her there and GOT HER BACK HOME SAFELY"...... (Isn't that the idea!!!!) Could you imagine if it had been booked just to bring her home. She'd've been abandoned
