This is a great place to find almost anything you could want from furniture to children's clothes and puzzles and, at the moment, Christmas too.

Good items, reasonable prices and staff are exceptional

Brilliant finds, sofas, tables, wardrobes, bed etc all preloaded but in great condition and selling for a very reasonable price. All proceeds going to the wonderful St. Wilfred's Hospice xx

Very disappointed. I have previously been impressed with the items sold in the outlet and happy with the service I received there. However, when passing the store today my Mum and I decided to drop in a few bags of clothes and some brand new games and books which we were looking to donate somewhere. The staff were rude and unwelcoming, sounding highly exasperated when we asked to donate our items and made us feel stupid for having not known the correct procedure for donations. They reluctantly took our items, despite us offering to take them elsewhere, but we received no words of thanks and were left feeling apologetic for even entering the store. If they had just politely explained the situation, we would have been more than happy to take our things elsewhere. As it is, I will not be heading back there any time soon.

Went to buy a £5 item and was declined. When woman serving gave me the declined card receipt it was no wonder why as she tried charging me £2605. No apology or acknowledgement and didn't ask me to check the amount on the card machine. Warning to all, check how much you are being charged before presenting your card

As well as taking bags of donations from me, I managed to pick up some bargains as well. Great shop and gas some lovely furniture as well

Shop.... Good prices and range of products, volunteers are all keen. Management.. She could do with better interpersonal skills.

Fabulous place to be! Always get some great stuff in there, and you know the money is going to a really good cause. They say 'Some elses junk is someone elses treasure', and they're right here!
