I never normally bother with reviews but I’ve used Kim Cairns now several times over the years and have mainly dealt with Darren who has always been extremely helpful, repeatedly going above and beyond to fit my cars in and get them fixed, most recently my Insignia.10/10 on all accounts, I really couldn’t rate them highly enough, an honest Family run garage. On holiday in the area, had an unidentified mechanical problem the day before returning home 200 miles away. The garage very kindly took a look, fixed the fault and explained the issue within about 3 hours. Courteous, straightforward, reasonably priced, all round excellent service. If I lived nearer I'd definitely use them every time. Thanks again for helping us out.

Brilliant service, got my car from there in mint condition very low miles at a great price, very honest and friendly couldn't have picked a better place to get a car from, easy and straight forward, guy just handed me the keys to take it for test drive and sorted everything out no hassle at all would happily go back and buy again

Really good peopl. My dad has been buying cars from Darren for years, always fair and well priced. This was the first car we bought, Darren was happy to talk through various cars we liked giving the pros and cons for each. The car we bought was immaculate when we picked it up. Really recommend this garage for service and aftercare

Lovely cars in a traditional garage. Helpful and friendly staff who are prepared to spend time to assure the customers and therefore gain respect. I would feel comfortable buying a car from Kim Cairns.Also the mechanics are of a high standard.

Great family run garage with good old-fashioned service. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I bought a car from them and they were A1 with everything including fixing a few teething probs. Comms responded to efficiently and quickly. Definitely recommend.
