Excellent service willing to help a disabled lady in wheelchair with her husband. We needed a certain film for grandkids to watch aliens in the attic.very funny film with parents teenagers little kids love trouble and aliens with attitude.very funny scary and just one lovable alien steals the film.a must watch for all relentless of age gender religion and space denomination.you won't stop laughing.thanks to the wonderful assistant we found the only copy in blue ray for 2 pound.sale on go for it xxxxxxx

First time I have ever been in this store and I experienced great customer service got exactly what I wanted from a really great staff team. Will certainly use this branch again. It's definitely a little jem in the back of sports direct.

Not as big as the old store, staff were friendly and helpful. We asked them recommend a head set and were steered towards a £20 set of turtle beech. Only negative is its now tucked into the corner of sports direct on the bottom floor of mander center.

Another superb Game Belong venue. Top notch customer service and kept the young people happy.

Very rude staff, poor customer service, also very bulling actitud, if you have any problems don't spect to be treated as a customer, just wait for 2 or 3 of them coming to tell you how wrong you are. AVOID

Cowboys, refused to exchange a Xbox controler for a PS4 controler, bought and opened by mistake because I'm not an expert. They said the seal" is broken

Honestly love coming here , I particularly like table top games and I really love how they have branched into selling them , when I went in yesterday they now have a huge display of table top games available at really reasonable prices , defo have the biggest selection of these kind of games out of any other Wolverhampton shop . Aswell as this the game belong is a really cool experience and we love coming hear sometimes for a couple hours . One thing I have to mention aswell is the assistant manager here is really really great , such a nice guy and always so happy and positive it’s a pleasure to see and interact with him when we come in ! Always goes above and beyond for the customer . Just a shame that it’s tucked in the back of sports direct now !

GTA was only on the PlayStations and we couldn’t switch console because the man said it would take to long so we were disappointed with that and the game that we were promsied to be on there was not infact we had to login in to our own cloud account to be able to play it in total nice day but could have been better!

The customer service is horrible,I can't believe because of party planned for 3pm at the venue,the staff are been horrible to other users,no sense of customer coming next time absolutely disgraceful.
