I'm so happy we chose North Estates to sell our house. Nicky and Nick were pleasant to deal with and professional throughout, making the experience as smooth as it could possibly be. Everything was of a high standard - the photography, the viewings and the communication - and I always felt reassured that we were in good hands. Nick and Nicky even found us our next house, and buying through them was also a great experience - hugely better than one we had purchasing through another estate agent previously. I wholeheartedly recommend North Estates.

North Estates have been excellent. We've just sold our house through them and they have been brilliant throughout. A great team; Nicky and Nick are always quick to pick up the phone and respond. They know who you are and the property in detail. They have great local knowledge. They invested a lot of time and care on the marketing - which really impressed us. Viewings were very COVID secure and throughout the offer and sale process they were excellent at communicating with both us, our buyer and all the other parties. And importantly are genuinely nice people to deal with - which makes a difference. Thank you Nicky and Nick. Great team.

We had a really positive experience working with Nicky and Nick. They are very professional but really friendly and helpful which we really appreciated as first time buyers. Their knowledge of the property and area really stood out from the other estate agents we encountered. They did a great job of balancing the wishes of the seller and buyer, and they really helped push through a quick sale, including chasing solicitors! We'd highly recommend working with North Estates and would certainly use them again.

Altogether a positive experience from start to finish. North Estates provide a very professional service with excellent marketing (including the online 360 tour which is great), accompanied viewings and careful communication with all parties throughout to keep the sale on track with as little stress as possible. Am delighted we chose North Estates and would use them again without hesitation. I particularly liked knowing that it would always be Nick or Nicky on the end of the phone and they knew exactly what was happening and what was important for us. Far better than using a big estate agent with a less personal service. Nicole and Dave.

Nick and Nicky North are brilliant. The service especially communication is exceptional. We purchased our wonderful home in St Albans through them and with their help completed within 5 weeks of offering. The way we were dealt with when making an offer on a home which many people were interested in was professional but with the personal touch. Cannot praise and thank them enough.
