Absolutely superb motor company from start to finish. Don't let first impressions of working from a porta cabin and location put you off. Ian is a highly top rate of a salesman and deserves to be in a proper showroom. We had a few set backs on our side with our old car etc., and he went above and beyond to help us with guidance throughout, to still get the car of our choice from him. The car we bought is truly top rate and it was certainly worth the distance we went to get it. So highly recommended. Thank you for everything.

Customer service is first class from Meadow Motor Company. I had a couple of minor issues that occurred within 6 months of purchasing my vehicle. Neither of these were present at the time of purchase or were down to Meadow Motor Company. When I contacted Ian he agreed to have the issues resolved without complaint and the service that I received was excellent. Meadow Motor Company deserve their 5 star rating as their customer service is second to none. I would have no hesitation in purchasing another vehicle from them, or recommending them to someone that I know.

A real pleasure dealing with Ian. I was after a particular car and found one at Meadow Motor Co. Went to have a look, car nicely presented, had a casual walk around with Ian and noted some minor bits that needed attention. Agreed a deal with these bits being addressed, a service and MOT. Collected the car a week later and true to his word, everything I wanted done had been!A few weeks later I did have a small mechanical issue with the car but this was sorted quickly by Ian.Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish.Contacted Ian last week regarding a Kia Sorento. Ian kept me informed throughout advising that would be putting through an MOT and service and will fix any advisories. Ian called me on Monday to inform me that the car had passed its MOT and has replaced both rear tyres and put new rear pads and discs on. I discussed a date to view the car as I was travelling from Leicester to view and informed Ian that I would be coming by train. Ian told me that he would pick me up from the train station (he was waiting for me in the carpark when I arrived) and went for a test drive. Really friendly and brilliant in general. Car is in amazing condition and it is quite obvious that Ian is passionate about his company and does all he can for his customers. Due to a recent poor experience with buying a car, Ian has settled my mind and would HIGHLY recommend.
