I saw one of their drivers in South hit a cyclist then get out and be horrifically verbally and borderline physically violent to them. The whole situation was disgusting to watch and several passers by tried to hold him back and diffuse the situation. The cyclist did absolutely nothing to aggrivate the situation and the passengers on the bus were horrified.

Rude, unwilling to help and non apologetic for lateness. The person I spoke to on the phone sounded like he would rather be anywhere else in the world, turns out he is the Managing Director. Certainly one to avoid.

Rude drivers. Don’t trust people who think they are above the rules, either of law or decency. Think about your safety & how you’ll be treated when it counts before booking with a company like this.

I have just had a stand-off with the driver of reg RK68 at traffic lights. He had opened his window and was shouting profanities at the driver of the next car calling him fattie" and trying to get a reaction. Awful human being."

Driver of one of their minibuses aggressively flashed at me in traffic because I wasn't speeding, then beeped and overtook me in the dark in heavy rain before speeding off. Incredibly dangerous driving.

Absolutley disgusting service from both driver and customer services/phone desk. Rude and obnoxious. Does not care about the welfare of any customer. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They will take your money and time and not even care about it. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. absolutly awful man on the phone and driver went awol for 1 hour. !!!

Wouldn’t recommend this travel agency for trips into London and surrounding areas. Actually thinking back. The tour guide we had was A+ , bus driver while can drive well, was not customer service oriented and ruined the trip for me.
