We rented this motorhome for 6 days to go to Scotland and we loved every minute of it. I browsed through quite a few motorhomes but this one especially caught my eye. It was in immaculate condition, luxurious and very spacious due to its layout. The swivel chairs definitely make it less cramped. Booking was straight forward and Dan was readily available for any issues. He was very friendly and reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Awful experience with this company. Customer service was questionable right from the start, which we could have maybe accepted if things had worked out smoothly, but when things became complicated, customer service went rapidly even further south. This is the ultimate test of a good business. Dan has failed this test badly.The oil light came on and the van had to be recovered half way through even though there were no signs of engine damage. These things happen, but subsequently Dan has not taken the reasonable actions to help make things right for us. We went to great lengths to protect his van, had our holiday wrecked and our stress levels have been through the roof through no fault of our own. His rude, abrupt and arrogant attitude should make anyone think hard about doing business here.Our son, who is undergoing chemo and needed this break to help him recover between cycles has been significantly emotionally affected as have we.Dan refused to send our property back to us (too expensive and inconvenient for him). Eventually after we calmly objected, he sent us some of it. He also has not cooperated with our arrangements to try and get the rest collected, seriously inconveniencing family members who have tried to help. He has now told us we have to come back from Kent to Yorkshire to collect the rest or he will dispose of it. Unbelievable attitude. The list of weak customer service points is long but the main point is that the company response resulted in a dreadful experience for us, which could have been avoided with minimal expense and inconvenience to Dan. He has made life worse for both himself and us.Whilst we might try campervanning again, hoping for better luck and service, we would never touch this company again!

Just returned from our first ever Motorhome experience- a fantastic road trip on the NC 500, Scotland, in our f70 tribute from Venture Motorhomes. Dan, the proprietor was friendly and available by phone for any problems and the motorhome was an absolute joy. We would use this company again without hesitation.

First time Motorhoming. The vehicle was a only few months old, very clean and ready to go and far exceeded our expectations. A friendly, supportive and trustworthy service. This trip was to support a cycling challenge. Next time will be a smaller van for the wife and myself. Can't think of a better way of trying and enjoying a Motorhome, without the hassle of owning one.

Hired the VW bumble bee campervan for 6 nights in October. Process was straight forward and easy from start to finish, we were able to view the van (highly recommended for dipping your toes in the water of van life!) prior to booking. Everything was explained about how things worked in the van, water, lights, heating etc etc, took a few minutes to sort the paperwork out but we were on the road within 30 mins of picking the van up!Would recommend based on our experience.

Excellent service from start to finish. Our first time hiring a motorhome and would definitely hire from Venture again. Dan allowed us to come and view the vehicle we wanted to hire before we were due to take it and when we picked it up, it was immaculately clean; like brand new. Very easy, friendly and accommodating service and I have already recommended to friends and family. We’re already planning our next motorhome adventure with Venture for next year!
