Bainbridge Vets

Had to visit Bainbridge Vets whilst having a break in the Dales as one of our dogs wasn’t being himself. We’d also forgotten some of his medication so arranged to get some from them whilst away. Firstly, the lady on reception was incredibly friendly and helpful in sorting out his medication and getting his history from our home vets. And the vet, Ellie was fantastic and clearly very knowledgable. With genuine care and a great demeanour with our very nervous dog, she quickly discovered that he had quite a significant fever. A couple of jabs later and he was already back to himself later that evening. A follow up appointment the next morning showed his temperature had gone back to normal. I was left a very happy dog owner a with a much happier dog for the rest of the trip. Thanks to all at Bainbridge Vets.

Amazing vets & nurses who were very professional yet polite, kind and considerate.A year ago, Bainbridge Vets saw my dog at very short notice as we had just arrived in the Dales. She was diagnosed with a ruptured cruciate, the practice re-arranged their appointments to operate on Zorro the next day. I'm happy to say that the operation was a complete success and everyone from the lovely reception to Bainbridges themselves were outstanding.Fast forward a year and Zorro ruptured the cruciate on her other leg. We were now in Berkshire and after seeing a local vet, who seemed only interested in overcharging for the operations and for a raft of unnecessary treatments. I decided to contact Bainbridge again and after receiving the same outstanding support as 12 months earlier, I decided it would be better for Zorro (and my wallet) to drive up to the Dales for the operation. Bainbridge were super flexible as I was driving from Berkshire and again the operation was a complete success and I saved several thousand pounds.Bainbridge Vets staff are great people, very professional, talented and extremely good value for money.
