I like to make midnight trips to here to eat the cake and custard …. So soft and warm and yummy. Highly recommend the desserts.

Ordered a few times to our office. Although when we have received them the bagels have been good, we have twice had to wait over 2 hours for delivery, and the most recent time, we did not receive them at all. When we chased them up they claimed they had not received the order and could not give us a refund. The money has since gone out of my account (£25) and whenever we phone the staff are very rude and say they can't help.Despite the quality of the food being good I would recommend NEVER ordering because you may not be guaranteed your food or a refund.

Very tasty. Drove 15 mins to get here from ruislip was definitely worth it. 20 quid for 4 delicious big bagels and a coffee, 2 salt beef and mustard and 2 salmon and cream cheese. Looks like they have a serious milkshake confection too but I didnt try those. Nice guy behind counter. Definitely recommend!

Bought their bagels many times and was never disappointed. Always found them tasty and filling. Last night they saved me and my boyfriend by delivering (via uber eats) to my place at 1 am when most other local places are shut. We enjoyed our chicken bagels although the chicken was a bit chewy which I think might have been down to the near closing time, the salad was as fresh as ever and the peach shake we ordered was delicious. Overall, I recommend the place.

I’ve tried a few of their milkshakes, they never disappoint! I ordered the kinder bueno shake on this occasion and it was delicious.

So I spent £10 on just a lamb patty £2.75 and 1 jerk chicken coco bread, I know the jerk chicken coco bread does not cost £7.25. I’m done being ripped off by that shop for the last time. Beyond a joke ting people.

I’m giving this spot a 12/10 good vibes good spirit when you walk in the shop the staff make you feel nothing but welcomed they do everything how u like it and to the best of there ability I eat here regularly and if your local don’t give it a miss big big shout this one the coco bread with the jerk chicken cheese and salad is a big shout trust me ❤️ To bagel and shake bringing something proper to the manor ❤️❤️

I had to give 1 star to post a review but they should have no stars!! Disgusting customer service! Ordered on the 24th April only to never receive my order. Called and requested a refund, told 1-3 working days. Still waiting for my refund! Have called them, have emailed them and nothing! Staff told me the owner receives all the emails, yet he has still not processed my refund! When asked how to complain about their customer service, told that I have to send an email that the owner will receive! What a joke!! Will never order or shop at this branch again and will be telling family and friends to avoid them too!

Would rate 0 if possible.Man is BEYOND a joke and RUDE.Called my friends fat and said they need to go on a diet.Customer service??????????Body shaming is unacceptable.Disgusting behaviour.Imagine working in a cake and milkshake shop and you're there coating people, deffo would come back.......not.
