Wow Bedrooms

Just had our wardrobes installed! Absolutely love them! I would also like to mention Will, the fitter. He worked so hard during the two days but was always happy and cheerful. There was absolutely no mess afterwards - great advert for a great company!

Delighted with my new wardrobes! From start to finish everyone was helpful and professional. Hilary was really helpful and did not try to push anything. Will the fitter was excellent. Really lovely lad who grafted so hard and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Would 100% recommend

Fitted our wardrobes on Tuesday 17th September.First of all they arrived bang on time. Will the fitter was very nice. He was polite and got on with the job no fuss or nonsense. He cleared up after him leaving no mess or packaging behind. He explained how to keep doors looking pristine.We also had bedside tables made to match which are beautiful.We were very pleased with the service and the quality of the product.The lady in the shop ,I think she is called Hilary was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the products she was selling. She was also very polite and a great salesperson,not pushy at all.We did have wait for the wardrobes to be fitted but to be honest we are glad we did because they exceed our expectations!Just to end and say that we are pleased is definitely an understatement. Can’t thank the enough for a brilliant experience.Thank you Belinda and Ian

Thank you to Duncan (owner) who helped us to design and fit our beautiful bedroom furniture. We were booked in for Monday 12th June, he arrived on that date and completed the fitting on 15th June. I've just had my beautiful wardrobes fitted by Wow and I am delighted by the quality and the finish of the wardrobe doors and the interior which is specially designed to suit my needs. I'm over the moon. My family are so impressed my daughter is having her wardrobes done too now in January and my friend has also just had a quote for her wardrobes and is also having bedside cabinets and drawers to match. Would definitely recommend , very happy with the service

After paying my deposit in May 2018 and then waiting till October 2018 to have the wardrobes fitted I can honestly say.....Extremely disappointed with WOW, certainly no WOW involved in the dreadful finish! The carcass of the wardrobes, has dints, scuffs and scratches all over ( which I’ve been informed is “ just how they come” and the chips are apparently what you should expect with the white wood finish! “ never had this before when D Fit fitted my wardrobes! “The fitter spent most of his time on the phone, brought his breakfast with him and didn’t obviously have any pride in his workmanship or rather lack of it! As he wouldn’t have thought the finish was acceptable.When I telephoned the owner of the company next morning to ask for the email address so I could send photos, he said, “ no point sending an email, I won’t be able to see anything!”, no sorry or anything. He did say he would come and look that night, which he did. He’s put a white wax on some of the chips, brought an iron to iron on parts of the material where it’s hanging off, sanded some of the black edges off. Still no apology, just when are you paying the balance! Extremely disappointing and WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND
