Winter wonderland

First time visiting great fun night out with plenty to do and reasonable prices.

Totally unimpressed, battled rush hour traffic, paid for parking, told my daughter we were going somewhere magical only to turn up and be told its not open. Daughter gutted, waste of time

We was excited to visit but the reality was not as magical as we expected , ice skating was good fun but sadly alot of people flying over the wrong way , lots falling and getting hurt, sadly. The park overall was abit of a let down , still long Queues even though booked wristbands online , lady inside did not explain things well , kids went on a few rides but got to the fun house and some confusion over kids going in with a kids wristband , very confusing, the children were aged 7 and 9 and did not require an adult to accompany them so unsure why they needed an adult wristband , nice decoration , one food van said no hot chocolate as water had frozen, not really worth the money , disaster on dodgems people flying into cars even if children in them.

Absolutely loved our visit (party of 7) Great atmosphere and very well done. Prices very reasonable.and plenty for everybody. Pleasant enough staff. Will definitely make many more returns before the 7th January.Spot on!!!Visited Monday 27th November

Everything well Over priced food drink and sweets for kids the queues were over hour as staff take to long to serve you for wrist bands and tokens plus people push in the queues not much for toddlers . Just gangs of teenagers everywhere and The staff and security guards are grumpy and miserable as hell no Christmas spirt at hall worst winter land I have ever seen it’s Basically a terrible fair nothing Christmas or magical about it I wouldn’t bother go if you have young children just a waist of money a winter wounderland should be magical for family’s and this place isn’t

Never seems to be open when IV gone passed this week and last week considering should be open from the 24th November till the 7th January ridiculous

Not good it is horrible they should have copy 2021 winter wonderland but why is it called wonderland but it is bad

There was a car that had Palestinian flags then one of the security guys asked the other one if he had any bombs for Palestine. And the prices have increased but that’s not really a problem

Right rip off £9 for a burger and £7 for a pint big queues and cost a lot if money to go on rides , awful
