Shocking experience!!!!!!!!I order kitchen from Newport Howdens,they say will be ready in weeks time,as i need to move in,in couple off weeks time in my new house,my only half kitchen arrive,and other half not sure if will come !! Contact Howdens everyday and they acting like if they dont now whats going on!!!! had person for 3 days waiting so he can fit kitchen, but paid him just to waist his time!!! Angry!!!and if my kitchen not arrives till tmrw, will take other units back and get all my money i have paid!!! Will better get new from other shop,bet will be ready in no time! Never Buy from Howdens, as they only fast to take payments, but not what you paid for!!!

Ordered doors from Howdens to be delivered last Thursday with handles and locks, did not arrive so called Friday and told they can deliver Tuesday, doors turned up but no locks, called again to be told they couldnt find them when the order was picked and would re-deliver today, we arranged to collect them because the carpenter is fitting the doors today. Just visited the store and had to wait an hour to get 2 locks because they couldn't find them, didn't keep us informed and they looked disgusted when I went over after 30 minutes to find out what was going on!Also surprised to see one of the employees smoking in the workplace while he loaded a van, this has been illegal for years now.

Great staff very very pleased with the kitchen they planned for me and my wife and the price was very good . Also went to BQ,wicks, wrens all 3 were over priced HOWDENS WAS THE BEST

Been in here a few times and haven't had a best of experiences. However, just recently bought kitchen worktops and other things and Harriet has been fantastic from start to finish. She went above and beyond and i will be defo returning because of her. Thank you Harriet.
