Fantastic service from Amanda who has been a top Sales Progressor throughout the process of selling my house. After using a different agent initially, I moved the sale to Durden & Hunt and all of the staff there, including Ross, Ruby and Alex Durden himself have worked hard to get the sale completed. They are great at communicating with their clients and always return calls and messages in a timely manner, which I believe is a vital part of the service.

Alex Durden was professional and courteous from the survey to the sale. He kept us regularly informed and he was very much hands on. Alex’s team in Loughton are hard working and pleasant to deal with and Ruby is always extremely polite and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their house.

We recently brought a property from a property managed by Durden & hunt and they were a pleasure to work with. From the beginning Louise was professional and friendly in handling the viewings and negotiations. Amanda was a force of nature driving the sale through so that we exchanged when all parties wanted to and all parties were very clear.
