Contrado is an amazing printing company I have used for years, both in the UK and now in Canada. High quality prints and unmatched customer service - they will always resolve any issues I have and are quick to respond. I used Contrado on three separate occasions for my wall art prints. The quality and thickness of the paper is great and the colours are vibrant. Excellent quality product. Their customer support team has also been very supportive as I had numerous questions on size, cropping, borders, mounts etc. and we exchanged emails for months and service was consistently great. It was also fast and reasonably priced. Will use again in the future.

Review updated from one to two stars. Please read updated section for details.Original Review: I bought a custom shirt for hundreds of dollars; worst quality shirt I've ever seen. Completely see-through to the point it is unwearable. The lettering on the sleeves is also misaligned. I tried to contact them requesting a refund, and haven't recieved a response.Update: After submitting this review, I was contacted by the company. They were only offering me either 20% profit back, or 40% profit back as store credit. I did not feel this was fair, so I pushed further. The company continuously refused to give me a full refund, and tried to push the blame onto me.After 5 days of back-and-forth emails, I was finally able to get a full refund by destroying the shirt, and sending a photo as evidence.

Very efficient & proficient! Fast shipping and item(s) packaged well. From the beginning of the process, they adhere to outstanding standards. Other competitors should follow Contrado's lead otherwise they will lose their niche areas. Contrado is in a league of its own. Kudos!

The customer service is just amazing! I've ordered print t-shirt with my designs, fabric swatches and my digital print from them. The quality is great. in my last order, the parcel was lost and Kajal was so helpful and send me another print. The support was patient and I'm so happy when the print arrived. Needless to say, the quality is great and just what I needed for the work. Highly recommend anyone looking for digital print service.

I purchased a set of cufflinks that had our logo for organization on it. Delivery time by Cortada was incredibly quick and the finish product was incredible!

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. I bought a wood print from here and it was shockingly of very poor quality. Their response was that the print was ‘slightly different’ but the frame I received was markedly different to what I ordered.Additionally, it has been mentioned that “the designs that you see on the computer or phone screen are very much controlled by the screen contrast, brightness and many other technical aspects”. This is utterly wrong because it is misleading. The software the company is using to create this ‘perfect’ frame does not reflect what I have received.The print I received is completely not something you can gift someone as it has not delivered anything close to the level of expectation they show you on their website. I’m assuming the ‘quality check’, which was done on this product reflects the company standard.Do not waste your time and money on this company, which delivers low quality of products.

I can’t say enough good things about the Contrado product, people and customer service. I ordered a small amount of their custom wallpaper to see if it would work for my project. Unbelievably, I received it in just a few days and the product was far superior to anything I could’ve imagined: the printing was crisp and clear, it matched my current wallpaper perfectly. However, the wallpaper came in a Federal Express mailing tube and FedEx had broken it in half. This damage the wallpaper on the inside but I was able to use The undamaged portion, so I contacted Contrato for a partial refund, but mainly to alert them to how the shipper was treating their product, so they could avoid the problem in the future. They responded to my emails immediately and with reasonableness and concern, and we worked out a partial refund.
