What's a Gent and Experienced professional!I didn't actually end up getting my tyres changed by Mark in the end but still very able to give 5 stars.The first appointment I had to cancel due to not being able to find my lock and wheel nut. No issues at all Mark simply rearranged for when i found. I only realised last minute but was not made to feel bad one bit about messing him about.The second appointment, Mark arrived bang on time ready to change over my tyres for winters. On inspection Mark gave me Professional advice against fitting them due to the age and noticing two of them had warped (something I didn't see until shown)You would think after the 2nd potentially missed visit, most businesses would be trying to convince you to put them on. Instead mark took further time out to inspect my summer tyres and gave impartial advice about the condition and suitability for this time of year given current weather conditions!Mark saved me money whilst I unintentionally wasted his time. That is business integrity!Mark thank you so much and apologies for any time wasted. 100% a 5 star service!

Mark was meticulous in the care he took to make sure I had the right tyres for my vehicle, a high end SUV, and he understood how to deal with the electronic systems to fit the tyres correctly. Following a puncture which left me stranded in a public car park he was able to source the right tyres and fit them in the less than ideal surroundings of the car park. His pricing was competitive, and I can’t recommend his service highly enough.

Came out first thing the very next day (as soon as I was available), great communication and spot on service. Cost was marginally higher than going to a tyre place myself, but that convenience was well worth the money. Great guy and a fantastic service. Highly recommended.
