Mad bants with the therapy crew here. Go talk to Chiz for regular sessions of as much muscular torture as you can handle. He'll put you back together.Everyone here knows their limits and will refer you onwards if they can't help, and will work within your own limits so you're not afraid of returning.

Chiz has been fantastic. I was mostly wheelchair bound and barely walking when I first saw Chiz. He's helped me find confidence in my body again, and I'm learning to love it.Chiz has been so flexible and adaptive over the years, working with where my body is at on that day, and making sure I always have the medical support and health care to keep getting better and stronger. He's always there to answer questions, offer advice and make aftercare and maintenance recommendations.He is always honest and realistic, while always being fun and joking.When I was too injured and fragile for him to help, he was honest and open, making sure I asked my GP for referrals and that I found a physio that I liked. Chiz worked with my physio, and even my PT, to make sure that my therapies and treatments were right for me, that they were complementing each other, and that they weren't duplicating or contradictory.Even though I still sometimes end up back in a wheelchair, I know that I can bounce back and build up my strength and stability again.Thank you Chiz, for everything. I don't like to think where I'd be if I hadn't darkened your doorstep (stairs?) 6-7 years ago.
