I called this garage on Saturday, was told even though they were fully booked, they would find time to see me, knowing I was slightly stressed. I arrived within the hour, my car was seen within 15 minutes and taken for a test drive, then promptly booked in for the following Monday. From the moment I called the garage to the moment I picked up my car, the service has been amazing. Polite, informative and very calming! Thank you so much. Fantastic service and very reasonable prices. I know where to come next time.

CW Autos just fixed a broken wheel stud that was a straight forward 30 minute job and only cost £30!I went to Formula Autos in Horstead originally and they said they it was a big job" requiring "new wheel parts" and gave me the usual dirty BS tactics you expect from these big chain "mechanics".Honest
